1. Prompt Communication

As a full time entertainment company, whether it is answering your telephone call or responding to your email, we will respond quickly because we're here and available for you.

2. Free Consultation

We would like to meet with you, "One on One", to introduce you to our entertainment services, share our expertise and thoroughly answer all of your questions. This also gives us a chance to learn more about you and your expectations so that we can tailor our service to meet your needs.

3. Secure the Date

Your date is secured with a contract and a deposit.  For your peace of mind and to ensure their commitment to your event, you should always have your professional services secured in writing. This will avoid a last minute call from your DJ cancelling your date and leaving you in crisis.

4. Planning Process

It's all in the details! The building blocks of a successful event mean comprehensive planning. To make it easy for you, we will provide you with the necessary tools such as song lists, event planners and helpful tips.  Also, we will assist you along the way... this is where our 23 years in the entertainment business becomes invaluable to you.

5. Review and Contact

Once your paperwork is completed and returned to our office, we will carefully review it.  We will then contact you to confirm the information and to discuss any other details or answer any other questions that you may have. Nothing is left to chance.

6. Meet Your DJ

Next, we will discuss all of the aspects of your event with your DJ.  With your completed paperwork in hand, your DJ will personally contact you to schedule a meeting at your convenience. Together, you and your DJ will review all of the details.  This is also the time when your DJ will get to know you, your musical tastes and the desired atmosphere of your event. He will confirm your music requests, special activities and especially, the proper pronunciation of all names.

7. Finalizing and Preparation

Your DJ will prepare well in advance for your event. He will check his sound system and preview your special song requests to prevent any problems.  He will also be available to you for any last minute questions or changes.
Don't worry, even if you do have last minute changes, even on night before, we'll be here for you.

8. The Big Day

It's finally here!  Rest assured, all of your planning will now pay off.  You can be confident that A Class Act will meet and exceed your expectations. We want you to relax, enjoy the company of your guests and have the
